PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT for the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program RI GROUP
- General Provisions
This document, which is constantly available on the website www.1rig.pro, is a public offer from RI GROUP LTD to enter into a contract under the conditions specified in the Participation Agreement for the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program RI GROUP (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
This Agreement outlines all the essential terms and conditions for participation in the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program “RI GROUP.”
The acceptance of this offer is confirmed when the field “I accept the terms of the contract” is filled in.
Any private individual or legal entity that accepts this Agreement becomes a Partner in the bonus-marketing program “RI GROUP.”
By accepting this offer, each Partner, who is the owner of an order, gains the opportunity to participate in the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program and receive compensation from the company for advertising the goods and services of RI GROUP LTD and for inviting new customers.
Upon acceptance of this offer, all provisions of the Agreement come into force and become mandatory for the Partner in the bonus-marketing program “RI GROUP.”
TERMS
- Company – RI GROUP LTD.
- The website – www.1rig.pro
- Product – Four nines (999.9) fine gold bars sold via the Company’s website.
- Purchase price – The cost of the product in USD, displayed on the website at which the Company purchases the product.
- Selling price – The cost of the product in USD, displayed on the website at which the Company sells the product.
- Online shop – A section of the website through which the Company sells products, containing the following product information: weight, producer, seller, purchase price, and selling price.
- Buyer – An individual or entity purchasing the Product in the online shop at the selling price at the time of purchase.
- Purchase and sale agreement – The agreement that obligates the Company to transfer the product to the Buyer’s ownership and the Buyer to pay a certain amount of money (equal to the selling price) and accept the product.
- Deposit – The amount of money included in the total cost of the product, which the Buyer gives in advance to confirm the intention to purchase 31.1g, 100g, 250g, 500g, 750g, or 1000g of gold (not less than 31.1g) within a specified period of time.
- Deposit agreement – The agreement between the Buyer and the Company, obligating the Buyer to transfer the deposit to the Company, and the Company to fix the selling price for a specified period and to carry out the sale of the product to the Buyer when all conditions of the agreement are met.
- Order – A business place in the affiliate bonus-marketing program RI GROUP.
- Affiliate bonus-marketing program RI GROUP – The program for building a career in the Company through successful advertising of the Company’s products and services and placing orders on the website.
- Partner or participant of the Affiliate bonus-marketing program RI GROUP – A Buyer who is willing to engage in the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program by entering into this Agreement. The Partner can complete a career on his/her own free will and become a buyer at any moment.
- Registration number – The ID number of the Partner in the program, received upon registration with the Company.
- Superior leader – A Participant of the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program whose Registration number was used to register other participant(s) in the program.
- Direct superior leader or inviter – A Participant of the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program whose registration number was used to register a direct invitee.
- Direct invitee – A Partner registered under the registration number of the Direct superior leader.
- 2nd level Referral or Indirect Referral – A Partner registered under the registration number of a direct invitee.
- 3rd level Referral – A Partner registered under the registration number of a 2nd level Referral.
- Business structure – A group of Partners registered under the Registration number of the Direct superior leader.
- Business tier – A type of registration table for tracking the number of orders and determining the order of payments for work performance by participants.
- Partner's Personal Account – An interface on the Company's website, provided to a Partner after registration. The Partner can access his/her account with a personal code provided by the Company. In this account, the Partner can monitor his/her activities, verify the location of orders and their fulfillment, attract new Partners, and find information about the services provided by the Company.
- Goldbonuses – Internal means of payment received by a Partner for participating in the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program “RI GROUP.” When a business tier is completed, Goldbonuses can be used to pay for further participation in the program, transferred to other participants, or used to purchase gold bars. Goldbonuses can be withdrawn in USD to any bank account specified by a Partner.
- Coupon – Internal means of payment that exists only within the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program “RI GROUP.”
- Cycle – A period during which a Partner’s order moves from the first level to the top level, and 4 business places under him are filled. Afterward, the Partner either chooses the next tier or moves to his superior leader using the reinvestment paid by the company.
- Reinvestment – A write-off of a certain amount of Goldbonuses to place an order on the next business tier.
- Bonus-Marketing Program: Conditions of Participation
“RI GROUP” is an innovative financial program consisting of four phases of income generation that start working simultaneously:
- Payment for each order placed on a business tier on the first level;
- Payment for passing a tier;
- Payment of referral bonuses;
- Payment for participation in the leadership program.
To participate in the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program “RI GROUP” and receive compensation for advertising the Company’s products and services and for inviting new customers, the following steps are required:
- Register on the Company website;
- Purchase 31.1g, 100g, 250g, 500g, 750g, or 1000g of gold (not less than 31.1g) in the online shop;
or
- Pay the Deposit for 31.1g, 100g, 250g, 500g, 750g, or 1000g of gold (not less than 31.1g);
- Sign this Agreement with the Company.
Additionally, it is necessary to send the following documents to the Company:
- A copy of an ID;
- The original signed “Purchase and Sale Agreement” or “Deposit Agreement”;
- A receipt showing the transfer of money for the purchase of gold bar(s) or for the deposit for a gold bar(s) to another person.
The Buyer becomes a Partner of the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program “RI GROUP” only when all the conditions specified under "Terms and Conditions" are met.
- Types of Orders in the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program
The business model in the Affiliate Bonus-Marketing Program consists of 6 types of orders:
- The BIG business tier is intended to receive a reward in the amount of 390 Goldbonuses.
When purchasing 31.1g gold bars or paying a deposit of $130 for the purchase of 31.1g gold bars, orders are placed at the lower level of the BIG business tier of the Upline Leader.
- The Starting Business Tier is intended to receive a reward in the amount of 870 Goldbonuses.
When purchasing 100g gold bars or paying a deposit of $290 for the purchase of 100g gold bars, orders are placed at the lower level of the Starting Business Tier of the Upline Leader.
- The Silver Business Tier is intended to receive a reward in the amount of 2070 Goldbonuses.
When purchasing 250g gold bars or paying a deposit of $690 for 250g gold bars, orders are placed at the lower level of the Silver Business Tier of the Upline Leader.
- The Gold Business Tier is intended to receive a reward in the amount of 4140 Goldbonuses.
When purchasing 500g gold bars or paying a deposit of $1,380 for 500g gold bars, orders are placed at the lower level of the Gold Business Tier of the Upline Leader.
- The Platinum Business Tier is intended to receive a reward of 9,000 Goldbonuses.
When purchasing 750g gold bars or paying a $3,000 deposit for 750g gold bars, orders are placed at the lower level of the Platinum Business Tier of the Upline Leader.
- The Premium Business Tier is intended to receive a reward in the amount of 15,000 Goldbonuses.
When purchasing 1000g gold bars or paying a deposit of $5,000 for the purchase of 1000g gold bars, orders are placed at the lower level of the Premium Business Tier of the Upline Leader.
A Partner can take part in all types of tiers simultaneously.
- How Tiers Operate
Each tier consists of two levels: the first level and the top level.
The top level has only one business place, and it is always occupied by the Superior Leader.
There are four business places on the first level, and they are filled by the orders of all Partners who enter this business tier. A Partner is placed in the tier of their Direct Inviter. If the Direct Inviter is not in the same type of tier, the Partner moves to the tier of the Superior Leader.
All orders are arranged from left to right.
Placing an order on a tier is carried out after the full payment for the gold bullion or after payment of the deposit. Customers can join the Affiliate bonus-marketing program “RI GROUP” and place their first order at any moment.
Business places are filled with the following types of orders:
- Orders of all Partners who entered this tier.
- Orders of all participants registered under the leader’s ID (Direct Invitees).
- Orders of invitees of Superior and Junior Partners.
- Orders of all Partners who choose this tier after completing their cycle.
For placing clone orders on business tiers, Superior Leaders who are in the Leadership Program are not awarded with leadership Goldbonuses.
- Reinvestment
Reinvestment is obligatory after completing the tier, and every second cycle (even-numbered), a Partner can choose the next tier to transfer to by indicating the ID number of the user next to whom they prefer to place their order in the field “Select Partner”. If this field is not filled, the Partner will be automatically directed to the most active business tier (the first to be completed).
For all other cycles (odd-numbered), a Partner’s order transfers to the business tier of the Superior Leader, either Direct or Higher Sponsor, if the Direct Sponsor is not in the same type of tier.
A Partner can see the tiers to complete depending on the number of personally invited Partners on this type of tiers:
- If a Partner invited 1 Direct Partner, they will see the tiers (top 30) with one filled business place on this type of tiers.
- If a Partner invited 2 Direct Partners, they will see the tiers (top 30) with one and two filled business places on this type of tiers.
- If a Partner invited 3 Direct Partners, they will see the tiers (top 30) with one, two, and three filled business places on this type of tiers.
Special Conditions
When reinvesting and choosing tiers for participation in the program, the number of personally invited Partners on this type of tiers is indicated on the image of each Partner. This condition helps all program participants to analyze the activity of tiers and choose the most active one. Tiers of Partners who have more Direct Invitees will be displayed at the beginning of each list of tiers that Partners of the bonus program RI GROUP select for the next cycle. The more invitees a Partner has, the higher their tier on this list.
- Business Tiers
BIG BUSINESS TIER is intended to receive a reward of 390 Goldbonuses.
Each business tier consists of 2 levels: the upper level and the lower level.
After purchasing 31.1 g of gold or paying a deposit for the purchase of 31.1 g of gold in the amount of $130, orders are placed at the lower level of the BIG BUSINESS TIER of the Upline Leader.
Orders are arranged from left to right in accordance with Clause 4, “How Tiers Operate.”
When the remaining available places on the lower level of the BIG BUSINESS TIER are filled, the order moves from the lower level to the upper level of the BIG BUSINESS TIER. A new lower level with 4 available business places is then created beneath it.
After filling the remaining free places in the lower level of the BIG BUSINESS TIER, the order from the lower level moves to the upper level of the BIG BUSINESS TIER, under which a new lower level with 4 free business places is formed.
Upon placing a partner in the BIG BUSINESS TIER, the commission distribution occurs as follows:
- All individuals who invited partners to the BIG BUSINESS TIER are awarded 39 Goldbonuses.
- The partner at the top level of the BIG BUSINESS TIER receives 26 Goldbonuses for each link invited to this business.
- If a partner at the top level of the BIG BUSINESS TIER makes an invitation, they will be credited with 39 Goldbonuses for each invitee to this tier, and 29 Goldbonuses will be awarded upon completion of the tier.
Commissions are accrued only if the partner is in this tier category. In the absence of an inviting partner, the entire commission is credited to the partner at the top level of the tier.
The total reward amount is 390 Goldbonuses, of which 260 Goldbonuses are available for withdrawal to personal wallets or through payment coupons as Goldbonuses are received. After the completion of the cycle, an automatic reinvestment of 130 Goldbonuses is made to complete the order for the next cycle in the BIG BUSINESS TIER.
Partners at the lower level move to the upper level of their own tier, while a partner from the upper level transitions to the lower level of the next tier in accordance with clause 5 “Reinvestment.” This movement occurs either to a higher leader or to any tier of the company (every second cycle).
STARTING BUSINESS TIER is intended to receive a reward of 870 Goldbonuses.
Each business tier consists of 2 levels: upper and lower.
After purchasing 100g of gold or paying a deposit of $290 for the purchase of 100g of gold, orders are placed at the lower level of the STARTING tier of the Upline Leader.
Orders are placed from left to right in accordance with clause 4, "Principle of Operation of Business Tiers."
After filling the remaining free places in the lower level of the STARTING business tier, the order from the lower level moves to the upper level of the STARTING business tier, under which a new lower level with 4 free business places is formed.
After placing a partner on the “START” tier, commission distribution occurs as follows:
All individuals who invited partners to the “START” tier are awarded 87 Goldbonuses. Additionally, 58 Goldbonuses are credited to the partner at the top level for each invitee to this business tier. If a partner at the top level of the “START” tier invites others, they will receive 87 Goldbonuses for each person invited to this tier and 58 Goldbonuses will be awarded upon the completion of the tier.
Commissions are accrued only if the partner remains in this tier category. In the absence of an inviting partner, the entire commission is credited to the partner at the top level of the tier.
The total reward amount is 870 Goldbonuses, of which 580 Goldbonuses are available for withdrawal to personal wallets or through payment coupons as Goldbonuses are received. After the completion of the cycle, an automatic reinvestment of 290 Goldbonuses occurs to complete the order for the next cycle on the “START” tier.
Partners at the lower level move to the upper level of their own tiers, while a partner from the upper level transitions to the lower level of the next tier. This transition occurs in accordance with clause 5 “Reinvestment,” either to a higher leader or to any tier within the company (every second cycle).
SILVER BUSINESS TIER is designed to receive 2,070 Goldbonuses.
The tier consists of 2 levels: the first level and the top level.
Upon purchasing 250g of gold (or more, up to 500g), or upon paying a deposit of $690 for 250g of gold, orders are placed on the first level of the Silver tier of the superior leader.
All orders are arranged from left to right in accordance with clause 4, "How tiers operate."
As soon as the remaining business places on the first level of a Silver tier are filled, the order advances to the top level of the Silver tier, under which a new first level with 4 free business places is created for new customers.
After a partner is placed on the “Silver” tier, the distribution of commissions occurs as follows:
All individuals who invite partners to the “Silver” tier are awarded 207 Goldbonuses. Additionally, 138 Goldbonuses are credited to the top-level partner for each invited person who joins this business tier. If a partner at the top level of the “Silver” tier extends an invitation, they will receive 207 Goldbonuses for each person invited to this tier and 138 Goldbonuses upon the completion of the tier.
Commissions are accrued only if the partner is actively participating in this tier. If there is no inviting partner, the entire commission is credited to the partner at the top level of the tier.
The total amount of remuneration is 2,070 Goldbonuses, of which 1,380 Goldbonuses are available for withdrawal to personal wallets or through settlement coupons as Goldbonuses are received. After the completion of the cycle, an automatic reinvestment of 690 Goldbonuses takes place to complete the order of the next cycle on the “Silver” tier.
Partners on the first level move to the top positions of their own tiers, while the partner on the top level transfers to the next tier according to clause 5 “Reinvestment,” either to the superior leader or to any tier in the company every second cycle.
GOLD BUSINESS TIER is designed to receive 4,140 Goldbonuses.
The tier consists of 2 levels: the first level and the top level.
Upon purchasing 500g of gold (up to 1,000g) or paying a deposit of $1,380 for 500g of gold, orders are placed on the first level of a Gold tier of the superior leader.
All orders are arranged from left to right according to p.4 “How tiers operate”
As soon as the rest of business places of the first level of a Gold tier get filled, the order advances to the top level of a new Gold tier with 4 free business places of the first level for new customers.
After the partner is placed on the Gold tier, the distribution of commission occurs as follows:
All those who invite partners to the Gold tier are awarded 414 Goldbonuses, and 276 Goldbonuses are credited to the top-level partner for each invited person to this business tier. If a partner who is at the top level of the Gold tier invites someone, they are credited with 414 Goldbonuses for each new invitee to this tier, and 276 Goldbonuses are awarded upon completion of the tier.
Commissions are accrued only if the partner is in this category of tier. In the absence of an inviting partner, the entire commission is credited to the partner at the top level of the tier.
The total reward amount is 4,140 Goldbonuses, of which 2,760 Goldbonuses are immediately available for withdrawal to personal wallets or through payment coupons as Goldbonuses are received. After the completion of the cycle, an automatic reinvestment of 1,380 Goldbonuses occurs to complete the order for the next cycle at the Gold tier.
Partners on the first level move to the top positions of their own tiers, and the partner on the top level transfers to the next tier in accordance with clause 5 “Reinvestment” either to the superior leader or to any tier in the company every second cycle.
PLATINUM BUSINESS TIER is designed to receive 9,000 Goldbonuses.
The tier consists of two levels: the first level and the top level.
Upon purchasing 750g of gold or paying a deposit of $3,000 for 750g of gold, orders are placed on the first level of the Platinum tier of the superior leader.
All orders are arranged from left to right according to p.4 “How tiers operate”
As soon as the rest of business places of the first level of a Platinum tier get filled, the order advances to the top level of a new Platinum tier with 4 free business places of the first level for new customers.
After the partner is placed on the Platinum tier, the distribution of commissions occurs as follows:
All individuals who invite partners to the Platinum tier are awarded 900 Goldbonuses, and 600 Goldbonuses are credited to the top-level partner for each person invited to this business tier. If a partner who is at the top level of the Platinum tier invites others, they will receive 900 Goldbonuses for each invitee and 600 Goldbonuses upon the completion of the tier.
Commissions are accrued only if the partner is in this tier category. In the absence of an inviting partner, the entire commission is credited to the partner at the top level of the tier.
The total amount of remuneration is 9,000 Goldbonuses, of which 6,000 Goldbonuses are available for withdrawal to personal wallets or through settlement coupons as Goldbonuses are received. After the completion of the cycle, an automatic reinvestment of 3,000 Goldbonuses takes place to complete the order for the next cycle at the Platinum tier.
Partners on the first level move to the top positions of their own tiers, and the partner on the top level transfers to the next tier according to clause 5 “Reinvestment,” either to the superior leader or to any tier in the company every second cycle.
PREMIUM BUSINESS TIER is designed for receiving 15,000 goldbonuses. The tier consists of 2 levels: the first level and the top level. Upon purchase of 1000g of gold or with payment of the deposit of $5,000 for 1000g of gold, orders are placed on the first level of a Premium tier of the superior leader.
All orders are arranged from left to right according to clause 4, "How tiers operate."
As soon as the remaining business places on the first level of a Premium tier are filled, the order advances to the top level of a new Premium tier, which creates 4 new free business places on the first level for new customers.
After the partner is placed on the “Premium” tier, the distribution of commission occurs as follows:
- All those who invite partners to the “Premium” tier are awarded 1,500 Goldbonuses.
- 1,000 Goldbonuses are credited to the top-level partner for each person invited to this business tier.
- If a partner who is at the top level of the “Premium” tier invites, they receive 1,500 Goldbonuses for each person invited and 1,000 Goldbonuses when the tier is filled.
Commissions are accrued only if the partner is in this tier. If there is no inviting partner, the entire commission is credited to the partner at the top level of the tier.
The total remuneration is 15,000 Goldbonuses, of which 10,000 Goldbonuses are available for withdrawal to personal wallets or through payment coupons as Goldbonuses are received. After the completion of the cycle, an automatic reinvestment of 5,000 Goldbonuses takes place to complete the order of the next cycle at the “Premium” tier.
Partners on the first level move to top positions of their own tiers, and the partner on the top level transfers to the next tier according to clause 5 “Reinvestment,” either to the superior leader or to any tier in the company every second cycle.
- Leadership Program. Payment of Rewards
To participate in the Leadership Program, a partner must have 3 direct invitees on Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Premium tiers.
The Leadership Program operates parallel to the business tier filling program and functions independently.
Bonus Rewards:
Participants in the Leadership Program receive bonus rewards for each new order placed by their partners on the first level of a business tier, as well as for reinvestment of their partners' orders. Bonus rewards are credited in units of career growth.
The position and bonus rewards in the Leadership Program depend exclusively on the results of your work and the work of your team, i.e., on the volume of the turnover.
- For Each New Order:
- For each new order on the first level of Silver tier, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 1 unit.
- For each new order on the first level of Gold tier, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 2 units.
- For each new order on the first level of Platinum tier, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 3 units.
- For each new order on the first level of Premium tier, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 5 units.
- For Reinvestment Orders:
- For reinvestment of the order on Silver tiers, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 1 unit.
- For reinvestment of the order on Gold tiers, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 2 units.
- For reinvestment of the order on Platinum tiers, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 3 units.
- For reinvestment of the order on Premium tiers, Superior Leaders – participants of the Leadership Program receive 5 units.
Amount of Leadership Reward:
For each new online sale of gold bars weighing 250 g, 500 g, or 1000 g with payment of the deposit, the Partner receives a commission. The amount of this commission is determined by the level of their career, calculated based on turnover.

Example:
A leader on Level 1, with a reward of $7.00 per unit, who received 5 units, would have their commission calculated as follows:
- 5 units × $7.00 = $35.00
Special Conditions for Leadership Reward:
The leadership remuneration is the difference between the reward amount of the superior leader and the reward amount of their partners, based on the results of their turnover.
Example:
- Superior leader’s position: Level 6, reward: $30.00 per unit.
- Junior leader’s position: Level 3, reward: $15.00 per unit.
- Total turnover of the Junior leader: 18 units.
Calculation of the commission:
- 18 units × (30 USD – 15 USD) = 18 units × 15 USD = $270.00
Note:
When partners in the team reach Leadership levels, the higher leader receives the difference between level rewards. When partners reach the same level, leadership bonuses are not accounted to the higher leader.

Order Reassignment
A partner who has placed an order through the Partnership Program has the right to reassign their order to another person without stating the reasons. In this case, the partner is responsible for paying the order reassignment fee, which is set at 50% of the original deposit amount.
Exit from the Program
A partner cannot exit the program.
Withdrawals
During the launch and testing phase of the project, withdrawals will only be available through coupons.
The withdrawal of earned commissions is done through the company administrator to payment wallets in USDT.
Funds are transferred to payment systems within 3 banking days. Withdrawals of less than 130 USDT are not possible.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The company has the right to unilaterally make changes to the advertising and bonus program "RI GROUP."
In case of violation of this Agreement, as well as in cases of financial and moral-ethical violations, the company has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement with the Partner.
The company's partners are strictly prohibited from conducting additional advertising activities without the approval of the company's management.
